2. Order Cancellation Policy

If an order is canceled by the customer, a cancellation fee of 2% of the total order value or ₹100, whichever is higher, will apply.

If a cancellation occurs due to product unavailability after the order is placed, the customer will not be charged any fee.

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST but do not include shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.

4. Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage is product-specific and will be mentioned in the product description.

Products found to have manufacturing defects in material or workmanship are eligible for repair or replacement.

Warranty Conditions:

• The defective item must be shipped to us or submitted to an authorized reseller.
• After inspection, a replacement or repaired item will be dispatched within 3 working days.
• We will refund the return shipping cost only if a valid courier receipt is provided.

Warranty is void under the following conditions:

• Any modifications or alterations are made to the product.
• Damage occurs due to crash, accident, or misuse.
