Delivery Conditions

• Door Delivery: Doorstep delivery is subject to the service coverage area of the respective logistics partner.
• In areas where door delivery is unavailable, the customer will be required to collect the shipment from the nearest delivery hub, as directed by the logistics provider.
• The logistics partner will coordinate directly with the customer in such cases.
