At Autopappa Motoclub, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth return and refund experience. Please review the following terms that apply to all returns and refunds:

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You are eligible for a replacement if:

• The product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
• An incorrect item was shipped to you.

In such cases, we will arrange a prompt replacement of the product to the best of our ability.

2. Refund Conditions

A full refund will only be issued under the following condition:

• The same product is not available in stock for replacement.

In all other eligible cases, a replacement will be provided as the standard resolution.

3. Shipping Cost Reimbursement

If you return a product to us:

• We will reimburse the return shipping cost, limited to either:
  • The original shipping cost we incurred, or
  • The actual amount you paid to return the item — whichever is lower.

4. Special Sale Items

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Cancellation & Refund Fee

If a customer-initiated cancellation, a 2% cancellation fee will be applied to the refund amount.
And all refunds will be processed in 7 business working days from Autopappa, but actual refunds may vary depends upon respective Banks

6. Product-Specific Exceptions

Any changes or exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated in the individual product descriptions.

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, all products are subject to the above return and refund terms.
